Skilled technicians assemble the elevator car frame and structural components using automated welding systems. Welds are inspected using ultrasonic testing to ensure structural integrity and strength meets our rigorous standards.
Components undergo professional surface treatment including degreasing, phosphating, and powder coating or stainless steel finishing. This ensures corrosion resistance and a premium appearance that lasts for decades.
Our technicians install the motor, drive system, control panel, wiring, and safety devices. Every electrical connection is tested for proper functioning. The door operator, cabin fixtures, and operating panel are also installed at this stage.
